1. Start a request
-
In PDF God, open Settings or
Sync settings and use the data deletion
control available in your app version. Review the scope shown by
the app before confirming.
-
From the same Sync settings screen you can also revoke AI consent
or open Ad privacy options to reopen the
Google UMP form when available.
-
If you cannot access the app or need assistance, email
dio071512@gmail.com
with the subject Delete PDF God data.
-
State that the request concerns Android package
com.pdfgod.pdf_god published by CB Studio.
If Drive sync or a purchase is relevant, identify the service
without sending a password, PDF contents, secret key, full
payment-card number, or unredacted purchase credential.
2. Data within scope
Depending on the feature you used and the access still available, the scope may include:
- the local PDF God library index, document metadata, reading progress, annotations, highlight and note records, handwriting geometry, favorite marks, tags, workspaces, and sync queue records;
- local settings, AI consent state, usage counters, ad-frequency state, thumbnails, and other app-managed caches;
- app-managed temporary copies stored inside PDF God's private storage; and
- PDF God sync data in the connected Google Drive appDataFolder, when valid authorization is available to perform and verify that operation.
A deletion action may stop safely rather than report completion when
protected local storage cannot be opened, Drive authorization is no
longer available, a provider result is uncertain, or the operation
cannot be verified. Retry after resolving the stated condition or
contact support.
3. Google Drive app data
Drive sync is optional. Its app records are stored in the hidden
appDataFolder of the Google Account you
authorized and may include filename/path metadata, reading progress,
highlight and note records, favorite marks, and handwriting geometry.
Use the in-app deletion control while that authorization is valid. If
access has been revoked or the operation cannot finish, manage PDF
God's hidden app data through Google Drive or reconnect the same
account before retrying.
Google explains that users can manage an app's application-data
folder in its
appDataFolder documentation.
4. What remains outside the request
- Original PDF files remain in the storage locations you selected.
- imported, unlocked, and exported PDF local copies, annotation exports, and other user-created outputs remain where you saved or shared them. These user-controlled copies are not within the app-managed account or cloud deletion scope.
- Your Google Account remains unchanged, including unrelated Drive files and other Google services.
- purchase and transaction records and payment and transaction records may remain with Google Play, RevenueCat, payment systems, and CB Studio as required for billing, entitlement restoration, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and law. A support request does not guarantee automatic deletion of those records.
- AI prompts and responses may remain with Google for a limited period under paid services terms for abuse detection, security, and legal obligations; submitted content is not used to improve or train Google products.
- Firebase Hosting access log data (such as IP address) may remain under Google's hosting retention limits.
- Copies on another device, in a device backup, or in storage outside PDF God's control must be managed separately.
- Minimal support correspondence and deletion evidence may remain as needed to complete and document the request or meet legal duties.
5. App Check identifiers
Firebase App Check,
Firebase Installations (FID),
Play Integrity, and short-lived
App Check token values used to protect AI
and other attested calls are subject to Firebase and Google deletion
and retention limits. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local
copies; provider-side retention follows Google's platform terms and is
outside CB Studio's direct deletion controls.
6. Subscription status is separate
Removing PDF God data does not cancel a Google Play subscription,
stop a renewal, or issue a refund. Manage the subscription using the
Google Account that made the purchase through
Google Play subscription controls. RevenueCat may continue to
process entitlement and transaction status under its service and
retention obligations. Contacting support about a purchase does not
guarantee automatic deletion of payment and transaction records.
7. Verification and questions
Support may ask for the minimum information needed to distinguish the
app, platform, connected service, and request. A request can be
limited when identity or authority cannot be verified, another
person's rights are involved, or retention is required by law.
