1. Acceptance and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires a parent or guardian's approval, that person must review and accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms govern your use of the PDF God Android app and its optional connected features. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
2. App license
Subject to these terms and applicable store rules, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PDF God on compatible devices. You may not sell, sublicense, rent, misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, bypass access or usage controls, or use the app to violate law or another person's rights.
3. Your files and responsibility
You keep ownership of your PDFs, notes, prompts, and exports. You are responsible for having permission to access, process, annotate, unlock, copy, or share them. Keep independent copies of important files and verify exports before relying on them. Do not use PDF God to defeat access controls without authorization.
4. Firebase AI and Google Gemini
AI features are optional and require consent. The app sends relevant extracted PDF text, selected text, questions, prompts, and context through Firebase AI to a Google Gemini model. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable. Check important results against the source PDF and qualified professional advice.
AI features are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, academic, or other professional judgment. Service limits, model behavior, and availability may change. Your use is also subject to applicable Google and Firebase terms.
5. Optional Google Drive connection
If you choose Google Drive sync, you authorize PDF God to use the private appDataFolder scope for app sync data. Sync depends on Google sign-in, authorization, connectivity, and Drive availability. Conflicts, interruption, account changes, or provider behavior can affect sync. Keep copies of important material outside the sync workflow.
6. AdMob advertising
Eligible users may see banner, interstitial, or rewarded advertising provided by AdMob. Ad format, frequency, eligibility, personalization, and reward availability may depend on app version, plan, region, device settings, consent, inventory, and provider availability. A reward is granted only when the app receives a successful completion result.
7. RevenueCat and Google Play purchases
Paid offerings are displayed and billed through Google Play. PDF God uses RevenueCat to load offerings, complete purchases, restore eligible purchases, and evaluate current access. The price, currency, billing period, trial if offered, and other conditions shown in Google Play at confirmation control the purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel through Google Play before the next renewal under the store's rules.
- Uninstalling PDF God or requesting app-data deletion does not cancel a subscription.
- Cancellation, refunds, charge disputes, taxes, and payment methods are governed by Google Play rules and applicable law.
- Restoring a purchase requires the relevant Google Play account and may require network access.

8. Changes and availability
Features may evolve, be limited, become unavailable, or differ by device, Android version, region, plan, quota, and third-party service. Updates may be required for security, compatibility, or continued access. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the app, providers, users, or legal compliance.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, PDF God is provided on an “as available” basis without promises that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. You remain responsible for reviewing AI output, maintaining file copies, and deciding whether a result is fit for your purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where limitations are permitted, liability is limited to the direct losses reasonably connected to the app and does not include indirect or consequential loss.

1. 同意條款與使用資格
你必須具備依法同意本條款的能力。若所在地法律要求家長或監護人同意，該人員必須 閱讀並接受本條款。若不同意，請勿使用 App。
2. App 使用授權
在遵守本條款與適用商店規則的前提下，你取得在相容裝置上使用 PDF 神器的有限、 個人、非專屬、不可轉讓且可撤回授權。你不得出售、再授權、出租、濫用、干擾 App， 不得在法律禁止的範圍內逆向工程、規避存取或用量控制，也不得用 App 侵害法律或他人權利。
3. 你的檔案與責任
你保有 PDF、筆記、提示與匯出內容的權利，並應確認自己有權存取、處理、標註、解鎖、 複製或分享。重要檔案請另行保留副本，並在依賴匯出結果前自行驗證。未經授權，不得使用 PDF 神器規避存取限制。
4. Firebase AI 與 Google Gemini
AI 功能為選用功能，並需要同意。App 會把相關的擷取 PDF 文字、選取文字、問題、提示 與脈絡，透過 Firebase AI 傳送給 Google Gemini 模型。AI 輸出可能不完整、不正確、過時或不適用； 重要結果應回到 PDF 原文並由合格專業人員確認。
AI 功能不能取代法律、醫療、財務、學術或其他專業判斷。服務額度、模型行為與可用性 可能變更，使用時也適用 Google 與 Firebase 的相關條款。
5. 選用的 Google Drive 連線
若你選擇 Drive 同步，即授權 PDF 神器使用私密的 appDataFolder 範圍處理 App 同步資料。同步依賴 Google 登入、授權、網路與 Drive 可用性；衝突、中斷、帳戶變更或服務供應商行為都可能影響結果。 重要資料請在同步流程以外另留副本。
6. AdMob 廣告
符合條件的使用者可能看到由 AdMob 提供的橫幅、插頁或 獎勵式廣告。廣告格式、頻率、顯示資格、個人化與獎勵可用性，會受 App 版本、方案、 地區、裝置設定、同意狀態、廣告庫存及服務可用性影響。只有 App 收到成功完成結果時， 才會發放對應獎勵。
7. RevenueCat 與 Google Play 購買
付費方案由 Google Play 顯示與計費。PDF 神器使用 RevenueCat 載入方案、完成購買、恢復符合資格的購買，以及 判斷目前使用權。確認購買時，Google Play 顯示的價格、幣別、計費週期、如有提供的試用 與其他條件，構成該次購買的依據。
- 訂閱會自動續訂，除非你依商店規則在下次續訂前透過 Google Play 取消。
- 解除安裝 PDF 神器或提出 App 資料刪除請求，不會取消訂閱。
- 取消、退款、款項爭議、稅費與付款方式適用 Google Play 規則及相關法律。
- 恢復購買需要相應的 Google Play 帳戶，並可能需要網路連線。
請使用 Google Play 訂閱控制項管理訂閱。
8. 變更與可用性
功能可能調整、受限、停止提供，或因裝置、Android 版本、地區、方案、額度與第三方服務 而不同。安全性、相容性或持續使用可能需要更新。為保護 App、服務供應商、使用者或遵循 法律，我們得在合理必要範圍暫停存取。
9. 免責與責任
在法律允許範圍內，PDF 神器依實際可用狀態提供，不承諾所有功能永不中斷或毫無錯誤。 你仍應自行檢查 AI 輸出、維護檔案副本，並判斷結果是否符合用途。
本條款不排除法律不得排除的權利或責任。在法律允許限制時，責任限於與 App 有合理關聯 的直接損失，不包含間接或衍生損失。
